Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.0653/2025 dated 20.12.2025, registered at P.S. Amar Colony, for commission of offences under Sections 318/316/340(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Sections 415/405/471 IPC), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The matter pertains to a dispute concerning installation of windshield in a Mercedes Car of complainant (respondent No.2 herein) and the matter has amicably been settled. 3.
