Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.0653/2025 dated 20.12.2025, registered at P.S. Amar Colony, for commission of offences under Sections 318/316/340(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Sections 415/405/471 IPC), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The matter pertains to a dispute concerning installation of windshield in a Mercedes Car of complainant (respondent No.2 herein) and the matter has amicably been settled. 3. Amended petition has already been filed. Though, the additional affidavit is on record but during the course of consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted fresh affidavit of the petitioner. The additional affidavit, filed today by the petitioner, also contains apology of the applicant and he has also deposed that he would not file any complaint or cross-case related to the issue in hand. 5.
