Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. As per submission of learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, age of the petitioners is not marriageable and as such no cause of action arises in favour of the petitioners for seeking prayer as prayed through the instant petition. 4.
