He was initially engaged in April, 1991 on dailwage basis, but later on his services were regularized on 10.08.2002 as of forest guard in the pay-scale of Rs. 7500-70-3800-75-4400 /-, while working in the forest department, he was served to the notice on 18th February, 2019 to the effect that he was appointed on 10.08.2002 with twin conditions: (i) The appointment was temporary, and therefore, he can be terminated with one month's notice in advance.
