Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Shri P. K. Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 2. In view of the personal affidavit filed in the matter by the Medical Officer of the Community Health Centre Dr. Rama Shanker posted at Community Health Centre Dhanaura district Amroha it transpires that petitioner was found to be suffering from Typhoid Fever on the basis of blood test report in which the Widal test was found to be position. 3. Since the petitioner has qualified finally and has been placed in the select list of the U.P. Police Recruitment, 2023, respondents are directed to convene a medical board to hold medical test of the petitioner within two weeks of presentation of certified copy of this order and then proceed in accordance with law. 4.
