In view of the above, she will be paid salary until ordered otherwise by this Court in this petition. However, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of para 12 of the Government Order dated 21.03.2023, if the selected and appointed Anganbadi Workers lefts the place of her marriage where she was appointed, then of course and appropriate action can be taken after getting report and approval by the District Magistrate.
