The petitioner, a Senior Assistant with the Department of Irrigation, Water Works Division, Jhansi, has challenged a multitude of orders passed against him, numbering a total of eleven, by the Chief Engineer (Nal Koop Madhya), Department of Irrigation, Lucknow, U.P. and the Superintending Engineer, Water Works Division, Jhansi. Initially, when the petition was instituted, ten orders passed by the two respondents above named, dated 12.10.2018, 16.03.2019, 01.04.2019, 12.06.2019, 13.06.2019, 19.07.2019, 31.07.2020, 05.09.2020, 01.10.2021 and 18.03.2021, were impugned. Later on, by amendment, the petitioner added to the cart of the orders impugned, the order dated 17.01.2023 passed by the Chief Engineer (Nal Koop Madhya), Department of Irrigation, Lucknow, U.P. 2. The petitioner was appointed as a Junior Assistant on 20.02.2009 with the Department of Irrigation, Water Wo
