Compliance affidavit has been filed in compliance of the order of this Court dated 12.08.2025 annexing therewith the copy of the order passed by the District Magistrate, Varanasi clearing all the post retirement dues of the petitioner on the basis of last pay drawn with grade pay of Rs. 4,600/-. The final pension payment order has also been annexed and the amount of arrears calculated, calculation sheet also brought on record and further retirement benefit bill which has been directed to be paid. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that entire post retirement dues have been credited into the account of the petitioner. In view of the above, writ petition rendered infructuous and is accordingly consigned to records. (Ajit Kumar,J.)
