HON'BLE PRASHANT KUMAR, J. 1. Heard. 2. By means of this petition the petitioner has challenged the order dated 12.09.2022 passed by the U.P. Public Service Tribunal in Contempt Petition No.250 of 2009. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that inspte of the judgement and order dated 05.01.2009 passed in Claim Petition No.32 of 2003 by which the punishment order dated 04.02.2002 removing the petitioner from service was set-aside and a direction was issued inter-alia to reinstate him in service forthwith, the reinstatement took place only on 29.06.2012. The contempt petition has been disposed of with the observations that substantial compliance has been done. 4.
