The result of chest measurement before puffing and after puffing has been shown as 80 cm and 85.5 cm as requisite chest measurement and expanded chest measurement after puffing respectively, which qualifies a candidate and hence the petitioner deserves to be declared successful in medical examination in which the chest and height measurement is carried out after the petitioner had been placed successful in the final select list for the post of Constable (G.D.) Civil Police. Besides above result placed before the Court, I have also viewed the video taken of the measurement exercise, in presence of learned counsel for the parties and I am satisfied with the measurement exercise carried out by WRIA No. 8309 of 2025 2 the people assigned with the job in presence
