She states that she is a next door neighbor of Sunil Chauhan and it is because of trust and confidence which was reposed by Sunil Chauhan that she came to Prayagraj to file this petition and deposed the same as pairvikar. She submits that she had no intention to file this petition and Sunil Chauhan has now turned around and hence she is rendered helpless. 3.
