This petition is directed against order dated 10.09.2024 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad ('Tribunal') whereby, the Original Application ('OA') filed by the respondent has been allowed, order dated 05.07.2017 passed by the petitioners has been quashed and direction has been given not to recover any amount from the respondent and if any recovery has already been made from the respondent, to refund the same along with 6% simple interest. 2. Further directions have been given that if the petitioners intend to rectify the mistake said to have occurred on their part, show cause notice may be issued to the respondent and after affording opportunity to explain the fact and hearing, the mistake can be rectified, however, no recovery can be made. 3.
