By means of this writ petition the State has challenged judgment and order dated 09.08.2018 passed by the U.P. Public Service Tribunal in Claim Petition No. 1587 of 2017; Udai Ver Singh Vs. State of U.P. and Ors. 3. Though, the writ petition was filed in 2019 notices have not been issued to the private respondent as yet, presumably because the query recorded in our order dated 17.09.2019 has remained unanswered by the petitioner. 4. The private respondent filed the aforesaid claim petition challenging an order of punishment dated 24.07.2017 by which minor punishment of censure and stoppage of one annual increment temporarily, for one year, had been imposed.
