Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the judgement and order dated 30.05.2023 passed in the Claim Petition No. 739 of 2022 (Suresh Chandra Verms vs. State of U.P. and others) contained herewith as Annexure no. 2 to this writ petition." 3. In compliance of the judgement impugned herein a decision had been taken and the claim of the opposite party- respondent for counting the ad- hoc services for pensionary benefits had been rejected vide order dated 31.03.2025 which has subsequently been challenged by the private respondent before the tribunal itself, therefore, there is no need to consider the merits of the matter in this writ pet
