By means of this petition which was filed in 2002, the judgment dated 01.06.2001 passed by the U.P. Public Services Tribunal in Claim Petition No.773 of 1995 has been challenged by the State. 2. There was no stay order in this petition and it is not in dispute that the impugned judgment has, in fact, been complied with. The opposite party no.1 after reinstatement has retired and is getting all the post retiral dues. He is, as of now, 75 years of age. 3. On merits of the matter, Sri Raghuvanshi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for State submits that the Tribunal while allowing the writ petition on the ground of non-furnishing of relevant documents failed to appreciate that these were procedural irregularities whereas the factual position was otherwise. 4.
