At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners states that so far as reliefs no.(iii), (iv), (v) and (vi) in writ petition bearing Writ-A No.17405 of 2021 are concerned, they relate to grade pay and have nothing to do with the challenge to vires of Rule 6(A)(2)(iii) of the Uttar Pradesh Ministerial, Accounts and Confidential Assistant Cadre Service Rules, 2015, therefore, this relief may be left open to be raised in a separate writ petition, for which, liberty may be granted. Accordingly, the petition so far as it rel
