By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: " Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to provide Pay Protection to the petitioner and if Pay Protection is not possible then respondent no.1 may be directed to send petitioner back to his previous department i.3. Labour Department from Revenue Department, while paying the difference in salary for the services petitioner has rendered from 24.01.2020 to as on today, in Revenue Department." It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter to the respondent no. 1 vide representation dated 19.08.2025 which is still pending consideration. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stand
