Heard Ms. Haya Rizvi, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2 and 3 not to force the petition to vacate the official accomodation which is in her possession at Ghaziabad. It is considered that although the petitioner has been transferred on 31.05.2025 from Ghaziabad to Gautam Buddh Nagar but she wants to continue to retain the official accommodation as she is having two small children and she will get them admitted to the school at Gautam Buddh Nagar in the next academic session. Per contra, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner being a lady Constable in UP Police since has to look after the children it could not be easy for her to visit everyday from Ghaziabad to Gautam Buddh Nagar just to retain an official accommodation a
