By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants consideration of his representation/ request made for his transfer from district Gautam Buddh Nagar to Bareilly zone, which may include district Bareilly itself or nearby places Amroha, Moradabad and Rampur. It is submitted that request of transfer has been made on medical grounds as his wife is suffering from Heart Attack and is living at Haridwar. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event request of transfer of petitioner is directed to be considered by the competent respondent in the matter in a time bound period.
