By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the order dated 25th September, 2025 whereby he has been reattached to Ratanpura Block. It is contended that the petitioner has been reduced to status of a shuttlecock by transferring him repeatedly from one place to another place without assigning any administrative exigency. Per contra, learned Standing Counsel submits that since the petitioner has already submitted joining pursuant to the transfer order dated 12th September, 2025, on 23rd September, 2025, petitioner can only make an appropriate representation before the competent authority namely respondent no.2, who may decide his representation in accordance with law.
