It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that respondents are not justified in withdrawing the attachment order dated 8th August, 2025 by which he has been attached at the Police Commissionerate, Kanpur Nagar on medical grounds as his wife is suffering from Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) and that she still continues to suffer from disease and according to the medical advise, she is to be operated upon. It is submitted that the operation is to take place in the month of November, 2025 and in respect thereof recommendation has also been made by the Director of LPS Institute of Cardiology & Cardiac Surgery, GSVM Medical College, Kanpur on 2nd September, 2025 to the Director General of Police, Lucknow. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, I consider it appropriate to dispose
