Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has challenged the order of transfer dated 28th May, 2025 passed by the respondent No.- 4 on medical grounds. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even Superintendent of Police, Ballia had made recommendation that petitioner may continue at Ballia, where treatment of his mother was going on. Be that as it may, since petitioner is working on a transferable post, I consider it appropriate for petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent No.- 4 within a period of two weeks from today raising all his grievance, the same shall be considered and disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of four weeks. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of. (Ajit Kumar,J.) September 26, 2025
