By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents specially the respondent no. 2 to pay the sufficient compensation for a long period of about 28 years alongwith the interest of 18% per annum, to the petitioner within a short stipulated period which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. b) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents specially the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation dated 18.08.2025 (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition) moved by the petitioner within a short stipulated period which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and
