By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has challenged the order of transfer dated 09.06.2025. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the treatment of the petitioner is going on at Varanasi and his daughter is also studying in class-6 at Jaunpur. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner has been transferred and hence he may raise his plea before the Competent Authority by making a representation, which may further be directed to dispose of in accordance with law.
