Petitioner who is working as Anganbadi worker is aggrieved by the show cause notice issued to her on 03.09.2025 on the basis of cancellation of her income certificate on a third party complaint against which she has already filed a representation on 22.07.2025 and again reminder thereof made on 21.08.2025, but the same has remained unconsidered. It is contended that any reply to the show cause notice will be futile in the event income certificate of the petitioner continues to remain cancelled. Learned Standing Counsel submits that since petitioner has been issued with a show cause notice, she may submit her reply, which may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law.
