By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has challenged the show cause notice dated 22.08.2025 for a being absolutely on the basis of unsustainable grounds and mainly on the basis of complaint. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may submit a reply to the show cause notice, which may force be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already submitted his reply on 03.08.2025 and hence the show cause notice matter can be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law.
