By means of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner has sought for quashing of the impugned order dated 30.05.2025 directing for re-fixation of pay-scale of the petitioner and consequential reduction in his salary. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the order in question is already subject matter of challenge in Writ-A No.- 9551 of 2020 in which the following order has been passed by this Court on 19th November, 2020:- "Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
