It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the above, regard he has moved a representation dated 01.08.2025 before the respondent no. 2 which is still pending consideration. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and in the light of Government Order dated 19.03.2018.
