It is argued on behalf of the petitioner that while disciplinary proceeding was initiated against the petitioner with the issuance of charge sheet dated 02.08.2022 to which reply was submitted by the petitioner on 03.06.2023, final report by the enquiry officer has come to be submitted on 03.07.2023 no decision has been taken by the disciplinary authority in the matter of disciplinary proceedings. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the disciplinary authority namely the respondent no. 2 to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner on 02.08.2022 in accordance with law, may be in a time bound period.
