Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "(I). A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to concern Respondent No.- 02/ Police Commissioner of Varanasi to decide the representation dated 26th August, 2025 forthwith or within a time as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, to secure the end of justice, so that justice be done." Learned Standing counsel has no objection in the event if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period. In view of the above this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to look into and consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in her representation dated 26th August, 2025 and dispose of the same
