Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the appeal dated 31.03.2021 filed by petitioner (Annexure- 5 to the writ petition) as early as possible within time limit." Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event a direction is issued for disposal of the pending appeal dated 31st March, 2021 strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to consider and decide the appeal of the petitioner dated 31st March, 2021 considering the grounds raised in appeal, by reasoned and speaking order, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
