It is argued by learned Standing Counsel that since petitioner has already submitted a reply to the show cause notice on 8th September, 2025, the same may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law in a time bound period. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to consider and dispose of the matter after due consideration to the reply submitted by the petitioner dated 8th September, 2025 in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
