By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the authority concern may deem to have assumed the petitioner taken charge as per the said order dated 26th July, 2024 on the post of Deputy Registrar and allow all the monetary benefits as per the post of Deputy Registrar, as per law." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned for consideration of his claim by means of a representation dated 22nd January, 2025, which has remained pending till date.
