By means of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has prayed for following relief:- "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to grant the Increments & benefits of 7th Pay Commission (Revised Pay Scale) along with arrears, in view of the Relevant Government Orders dated 17.03.2012, 05.11.2014, 03.03.2015, 26.08.2015, 22.12.2016, 12.05.2017 & 13.04.2020 with all consequential benefits." 3. It is contended by the counsel for the petitioner that in a criminal case i.e. Session Trial No.06 of 2012, arising out of Case Crime No. 532 of 2012, under Section 120B/ 347/ 323/ 376/ 109 I.P.C. and Section 7/12, 7/13 Prevention of Corruption Act the petitioner has already acquitted by the judgme
