By means of the present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has prayed for a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to permit the petitioner to retain the official accommodation in the Reserved Police Line, Prayagraj as his father is suffering from Paralysis and his house is under construction which is likely to be constructed within next six months. 3.
