It is contended by the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner seeks to challenge an order passed prior to his retirement, however, recovery is being pursued after his retirement. Matter requires consideration. Let a counter affidavit be filed by the learned Standing Counsel within a period of four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter. List on 30.10.2025. In view of the above, this Court cannot grant indulgence in the matter of re-fixation order which is not under challenged before this Court.
