By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is aggrieved against the order dated 13.06.2025 which is in the nature of punishment passed by District Judge, Badaun. Sri Rahul Srivastava, learned panel counsel appearing for the respondents submits that petitioner has an alternative remedy of statutory appeal under Rule 23(9)(ii) of U.P. State District Court Rules, 2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the same. In such above view of the matter, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter on account of alternative efficacious remedy of statutory appeal. Petition may avail remedy of statutory appeal, if he so advised. Subject to aforesaid liberty petition is consigned to records. (Ajit Kumar,J.)
