By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the re-fixation notice. dated 5.8.2025 issued by the Superintendent of Police, Shamli . In the considered view of the Court, since it is only notice, so petitioner may submit reply before respondent no. 2 who may take final decision. In view of above, I dispose of this petition with direction to the petitioner to submit reply to the notice upon respondent no. 2 within a period of four weeks from today and in the event any such reply is submitted, respondent no. 2 shall be taking final decision thereupon within a further period of two months. It is further provided that until such decision is taken up in the petitioner submits reply as directed hereinabove, no recovery shall be pursued pursuant to re-fixation sought to be done by respondents under notice.
