By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus to command respondent no. 2 to consider his claim of salary for the period he remained under suspension as he has now come to be reinstated. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has not objection in the event direction is issued to the competent authority to consider the claim of the petitioner in a time bound period provided petitioners moves fresh representation.
