Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the many of the juniors to the petitioner have been promoted under the order dated 17th February, 2024 whereas claim of the petitioner has not been considered and have thus remained ignored. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has not objection in the event direction is issued to the competent authority to consider the claim of the petitioner in a time bound period provided petitioners moves fresh representation.
