By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding disciplinary authority to take final decision in the matter of disciplinary proceeding remanded the matter under the order of appellate authority wayback on 17.09.2024 whereupon disciplinary authority had to take final decision within 15 days. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the disciplinary authority may be directed to dispose of the disciplinary proceeding initiated against the petitioner within reasonable period of time.
