Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. Heard Sri Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vijay Lal, learned counsel for the respondent. By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the charge-sheet dated 26.5.2023 on the ground that petitioner had already retired on 31st January, 2022 and matter relates to the period when petitioner was not posted at the relevant station . It is argued on behalf of the petitioner that respondents have wholly, illegally proceeded to pass order of recovery for a sum of Rs. 6,65,076/- without there being any conclusive finding as to the guilt being proved. Learned Standing Counsel on the contrary submits that petitioner has now approached this Court after a lapse of two years whereas petitioner has already submitted reply to the chargesheet. He is, however, not averse to a di
