By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.- 3 to consider his claim for transfer from Commissionerate Lucknow to Commissionerate Prayagraj as petitioner is going to retire on 31st December, 2026 and hence seeks benefit of transfer policy dated 6th May, 2025. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in above regard petitioner has moved representation dated 9th April, 2025 which has remained pending consideration till date. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event application seeking request for transfer is directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 3 to consider the request of the petitioner in view of the transfer policy
