Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of notice dated 10th July, 2025 regarding re-fixation. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that by means of notice, the respondents have virtually passed an order of re-fixation. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may make representation or offer his explanation to the notice, which may be further directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit his reply to the notice dated 10th July, 2025 within a period of four weeks from today and in the event such reply is submitted, respondent No.- 4 shall be taking final decision in the matter of notice dated 10th July, 2025 within a further period of two months. 6
