Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "(I). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant/ pay pension, gratuity & other retiral benefits to the petitioner from the date of retirement along with admissible interest and regular pension be also paid to the petitioner." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned for consideration of his claim by means of a representation dated 5th July, 2025 which has remained pending till date. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period.
