Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the representation dated 09.06.2025 & 12.06.2025 for transfer of petitioner from District Gorakhpur to District Basti considering the disability of the mother of petitioner under the provisions of Clause - 5 (iii) and (iv) of the Government Order dated 06.05.2025, within time bound period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court (Annexure No. 5, 6, & 4 to this writ petition)."
