By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "(I). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner and provide pension with the other emoluments of pensionary benefit by the Public Works Department District - Ghaziabad to the petitioner treating the regularization of the services of the petitioner from 18/01/2005 on the post of Driver in Public Works Department District - Ghaziabad." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim of the petitioner has already been forwarded to the Principle Engineer, Establishment (Group -C) Public Works Department, Lucknow, namely respondent No.- 2 by the Chief Engineer, Public Works Department, Meerut Division, Meerut on 3rd June, 2025.
