Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is claiming Covid-19 warrior and hence according to him, he was to be considered for the purposes of appointment as ward boy on contract basis under the Government order dated 27th August, 2024 clarified by a subsequent Government order dated 21st January, 2025, whereas the respondent concerned has proceeded to make appointment of ward boy ignoring the claim of the petitioner. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in above regard this Court has already disposed of an identical matter vide order dated dated 16th May, 2025 passed in Writ – A No.- 4266 of 2025. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may make a fresh representation/ application before the respondent No.- 2, who may be further directed to examine and di
