Heard Sri Ravi Shankar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants re-medical of the petitioner to be held. Per contra, it is submitted by learned Standing Counsel that after his earlier petition being Writ – A No.- 8671 of 2025 stood disposed of vide order dated 3rd July, 2025, petitioner was called for re-medical examination on 12th August, 2025 but petitioner did not appear. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had fallen ill and hence he could not appear. This Court is of the considered view that repeated opportunities cannot be afforded to a candidate to appear in medical examination as every examination for the purposes of selection and appointment is a scheduled one.
