By means of present petition filed under Article 226, petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent no. 2 to make payment of arrears of salary of the suspension period i.e. 09.7.2009 to 6.11.2009 with interest for the post of Registration Clerk. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard, petitioner has already approached before the competent authority by moving representation, but no decision has been taken. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event direction is issued to the competent authority, namely, respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner provided of course petitioner moves fresh representation.
