By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent no. 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 8.9.2025 regarding his attachment from VRTK district Women Hospital to District Hospital Basti. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has made a complaint against repondent no 4 for which enquiry is going on and since petitioner is receiving repeatedly threats at the end of respondent no. 4, he is not able to disccharge duties in the women district hospital. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, since petitioner has moved application before respondent no. 3 to consider his request of attachment to another hospital, I dispose of this petition with direction to respondent no.
